Julia Waller has been coaching Unique Ability sessions for over a decade with Strategic Coach® team members and Program participants. She is one of our Strategic Coach® Program designers and the creator of The Unique Ability Discovery Session. She is also one of the authors of Unique Ability®: Creating The Life You Want and the new book and workbook set Unique Ability® 2.0: Discovery and brings her wisdom and expertise in this area to the one-day sessions. “Most entrepreneurs already know they have a Unique Ability,” she says, “but they don’t have the words to clearly say, ‘This is what it is.’ Once they have that, they have a boost of confidence and think, ‘Wow, what else could I do with this?’”
Maureen Sullivan Garrelts is an experienced Program Advisor, coaching entrepreneurs on Strategic Coach concepts and tools (including Unique Ability) for over ten years. She also coaches their teams through the Strategic Assistant® Teleseminar Program, the Team Tools® Program, and onsite workshops.
